Unhappy No heat on passenger side ater blend door replacement

I am getting no heat on 2004 CXL passenger side. I have a new coolant temp sensor, thermostat, and dual climate control, still not heat. So I changed my blend door, the old on had come off the plastic lever tack that the arm rides in. Had hard time mounting the blend door arm to the plastic lever, it came loose, and I re attached it. Blend door installed moving in lever track with the movement of the temp controls on the climate control still no heat on passenger side. Its cold and this on has me whipped at the moment. Any idea's or help will be greatly appreciated.
