i have a 2002 buick regal, the headlights are the worst lights i have ever seen on a car. i've even replaced both lights with new assemblies thinking that would help but they are no better. the lights have shadows all in them and the light looks all broken up out in front of the car. i've adjusted them every way and had them adjusted by a couple of mechanics with no results. i was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem
