The Cruise Control on my 1996 Regal Custom 3.8 died about a year ago. My hornstarted staying on all the time as well. I''m told it''s the computer on the CC at about $1000 to fix, and that thepart to fix thehorn, which is inside the airbag assembly, is discontinued and no longer available. I had a push-button installed on the dash for the horn, but if anybody can give me any advice or experiences thay''ve has witheither dilemma, I''d be most grateful. I likemy Regal lots andwould like to drive it many more years. It''s only got 90,000 miles on it!
