I need to recharge my air conditioner, but my compressor does not turn on. How can I start it.

I have a 1996 regal with a 3.4 V6 with auto transmission

 

first you need to know that the compressor should click on & off if
your AC is low but if it does not work at all check list



1. check A/C relay

2. check Wires

3. check A/C Switck on compressor
