Hi all,

I have a 2004 Regal and lately I cannot get it to accelerate past 40 mph. Engine is extremely sluggish up to 40. I had the transmission fluid, fuel and air filters changed in June before this problem and it worked fine until late July. I''ve heard it could be a catalytic converter problem. Any ideas?
