Default 2001 Buick Regal groaning sound while turning

2001 Buick Regal LS.

I have posted a Youtube video of the sound while I drive:

Should I be checking some fluid level? Where would I look under the hood?

When I make a sharp turn, my car makes a groaning sound. It almost
feels like I have less turning power. Once the groaning sound begins, it will be there for the rest of the drive.

Sorry to inform you that the power steering setup in all FWD config of the 3800 engine is in the worst place possible to check/refill. Other engines in the 60* config puts it right on top where it's easy because there is no supercharger option.
Newer GM is electric so you no longer have to climb inside the engine bay to fill it.

looking a this pic I post below as if you are standing at the passenger fender looking into the engine bay, to the left of #4 is what you are looking for to check and refill fluids. Life is 1000% easier if you get a long funell instead of trying pour by hand and eye from the bottle alone.
