Hopefully someone can help me.

My Mom has a 1981 Buick Regal, the "Presidential" model. It came out during President Reagan's term of office and from what I understand, only 500 were made. It has two silver heavy metal round decals near each passenger window. They contain an American Flag and the word Presidential on them.

I have been searching the internet but cannot find any information about this particular model.

Can anyone tell me where to find information on this particular model?
