Default 264 teardown and rebuild question

I'm tearing down my 55 special 264 and have found some interesting things..

The whole inside looks like someone burned chocolate all over it, I don't think the previous owner cared about ever checking or adding oil.

One of the pistons is stuck, so the engine is locked up. I took the heads off yesterday and started soaking the cylinders in marvel, then will hit with PB blast to try and free it.

Once it is all broken down, cleaned and ready for rebuild, I'd like to try and squeeze bit more power out of it.

Does anyone have any info on building a 264? I'm assuming the cylinder walls will need re-bored, so it is a good excuse to over-bore.
This is my first engine build, so I know nothing at all. Most info and forums I've looked at talk about the 322. Not many people seem to keep or use these small motors.

I'm keeping it because I already own it... I'd like to keep it matching if possible without spending a fortune on a different motor.

Any guidance would be awesome!

Thanks,

--Matt

I don't claim to be any kind of expert, but it sounds like the engine in the video is missing, has a misfire problem. Maybe it's the sound effects.
