Default Washing my car in winter?

I bought a new car this spring, i just waxed it a few weeks ago for winter and its been waxed a few times before then, we got our first snow about 2 days ago and now my car is covered in a little but of snow but a lot of ice! I really need to get all the ice and salt off of my car but can i go to an automatic car wash when its in the teens-20s? i usually go to the touchless, i also have a heated garage but its hard to get to with the other cars that are here, what can i do?

The finish on your car should hold up quite well with X no's of clearcoat plus waxing.
The underside is pretty well protected also. Having the car washed in freezing weather may clean the outside, but the water will freeze and cause the doors to be frozen shut unless you can get it into the garage before this occurrs. Sometimes it's better to wait for a break in the weather or bring the car in and wash it in the heated garage.
