is it possible to get low 11's out of a 455 by putting a maximum of
$3200 into the engine??? What would be the plan of attack to accomplish
this? I dont want to run forced induction so no superchargers,turbos,or
nitrous

11 sec is a tall order for some of the heavier cars, and even light ones.
