hi guys ! i have a 97 buick lesabre custom and the rear end droops when i get a little weight in the back seat ! did those cars come with air struts and a compressor ? i can,t hear the compressor kicking on to pump up the struts ! i saw a square box like thing under the battery, is that the compressor for the rear struts ? did that year come standard with air struts or was it a option ? thanks guys !

 

Does it have a "dynaride" badge on the dash? I don't believe they came with air struts, but I may be wrong. You could also take a look under the car, to see if there's ant air lines coming off the struts. More than likely, its just blown/leaky struts.
