Hey all,
I figured I would make apost and introduce myself. I have not had a chance to do much looking around but will soon. I just recently inhereted a 1967 Buick Riviera 430 from my father-in-law. He bought it new in 67 and it seen daylight for the first time in 22 years just the other day. It is still all original and in excellent condition besides the paint. Hopefully will be getting it painted soon. I havea lot of plans for it and will post lots of pictures if everyone is in to that.
My name is Chris and I am from Central, IL. I run a couple of web forums for Chopper builders and work on motorcycles daily. I used to work on cars and built a Chevelle several years ago. This is my first Buick though.

There is alot of sleeper parts you can put on the 430. Esentially you can build it up to a 455 since it is the same block but the wall are too thin and you would have to sleeve it. The other option is to stroke it and girdle it, or like I like just leave it alone, put supreme gas in and 15% biodiesel in and it will run like 110 octane and smoke all the rice burners with a stock grocery getter.
