From past experience there is no way to repair a turn signal sw assy. It is most likely worn and requires replacement.
If you have the knowledge and equipment , you could remove the steering wheel and replace the assy You did not say whether your vehicle has airbags, which if it does , you would be wise to have someone with the tools and experience replace it.
Some of the tools needed are a steering wheel puller and a lockplate depressor. ,
