What if they have no admin/moderator at all, to check anything? Could this site be running on auto pilot completely disregarding any and all posts? What do you think?

I have no idea. There are mods/admins, they can be found on the "View Forum Leaders" link at the bottom of the forum index page..there's 3, and the most recent activity of one was a few months ago..
