Hello everyone. I am new to the site so I may be posting this question in the wrong place. I am trying to figure out how to open the driver's door on my 2008 Buick Lacrosse. It will not open by the handle outside or the latch inside. The electronic door locks seem to work when I press the button, but the door will not open when I pull the handle...outside or inside. I will appreciate any help and look forward to helping others when I can.

Also, the power window controls work fine. Window goes up and down.

 

Make sure your seat belt or buckle isn’t wedged or jammed in door casing?
