Talking

I guess you have not taken a good look at this forum. It is nearly flat out dead. One fellow does the best he can answering questions for people with older and newer cars. Another guy here likes to tell people with cars older than 2000 to scrap them and buy some thing new.

Look for a Buick owners Club forum and find real answers to your question from owners of the model you have.
I am only letting you know because I am in the Christmas Spirit.

Thanks for your interest.
I was of the opinion most folks that owned Buicks either never had any problems or had enough $$$ to pay somebody else to solve their problems.

There are people who are restoreing old Buicks like my friend with a 1970 skylark. Always on the look out for a parts sourse but it sure isn't happening here.

Unfortunately , you are correct.
So,,,,,,,,,,, how about you participate and offer the benefit of your experience. As you can see there is a need for your help and it will most likely be appreciated.

Forums are always seeking expert help and you probably have a lot of the answers. What do you think? Give it a shot !

I only work and have manuals from LeSabre 1985, and other buicks from 1999 up but again mostly LeSabres.

As you know a lot of things are similar among models and sometimes info from a full size will also apply to mid size etc.
I'm sure your participation is welcome. That is what makes a forum live or dead. Com'on breathe some life into it , thanks from the rest of us who are trying also.
I have worked on Buicks that went back as far as 1939 with std shift and straight 8 engines. Waiting to pass some of that on , but nobody has one or needs help with some of the older ones yet. From 1941 to I believe 1953-4 the hood used to open from the side. and even 1941 had dual carburetors. Todays Buicks are more challenging and still fun to work on. Some are so tight you have to disassemble half the vehicle to get to stuff and in my case being nuts helps. You also know ,there is no ride like a Buick.ride.
