My son has a '95 LeSabre Custom that's used as a commuter car. When he parks it at night the security alarm keeps going off. Denver PD had it towed because it was pissing off the neighbors.

Anyone know how to disable the security system? Or if it'd work to just remove the fuse for the horn? Yeah, I know it's important to have a horn, but I'd rather rig an air horn to it with duct tape, than have to pay impound fees. NOTE: the car isn't worth much -- it's pretty much a beater -- so taking it to a dealer or mechanic isn't really a viable option.
