Default 1995 buick skylark custom

how do you restore power to ur heating and air conditioning system? ...how do u replace a blown fuse for the turn signals? my turn signals wont flash..they just sit still when activated.

First; I suspect the flasher is in need of replacement and your signals will work again.
Do you have the owner's manual for the car? It should tell you which fuse controls the heating/AC system. Just locate that fuse and check if it is good or bad.

You have two separate problems. The fuse for the signal lites is OK or the lights wouldn't even come on. The flasher , which is located under the instrument panel is no good. It's making the circuit to the lights ,but is not opening and closing as required to make the lites flash.
Do you have an owner's manual for your car?

Because those idiot athletes are marketable and give the college athletic department lots of money.
