Default 1969 Electra engine question

Hi everyone, I am the proud owner of "Luna," a 1969 Buick Electra four door sedan finished in the original GM Trumpet Gold. The moment that I have long feared seems to have arrived...it's the consensus of a couple of mechanics that I trust that the engine's bearings and crankshaft merit a rebuild. Neither of them is real eager to do the job, mainly because we have only two machine shops in our small city and they charge exorbitantly as a result. They are willing, however, to install a rebuilt or used engine that I obtain from elsewhere. Here's my question: I'm having a hard time finding a rebuilt 430 v8 (the correct engine for this year), but it seems that 70-71 455 v8s are much more common. Would there be any difficulty in replacing the existing 430 with a larger engine originally from a 70-71 car? Thanks in advance for your advice.
