2004 lesabre

I'm trying to help someone (via email) with their lesabre. The washer pump is not pumping. I'd really appreciate it if someone would tell me how hard it is to get the pump out to test it. They can't seem to locate the reservoir. I'm assuming the pump is attached to the bottom of the reservoir.

thx!

all you have to do is hook up 12 volts to it. its only a 2 pin motor. and polarity does not matter.

thx samueljackson - Is there something tricky about actually removing it? I'm not there, so I can't see it, but he say's that he doesn't even know how to get at the pump. Do you know what it takes to remove the reservoir/pump on that model/year?

thx

ive never removed one on that particular year. but the older ones were only held in place by a rubber gromet. you just pulled them to remove from the resevoir.
