Tape stuck

2001 LeSabre. A tape stuck in and cannot be ejected. I think I have to dismount the car stero to take it out. But don't know how to remove the dashboard front panel. Any body has a clue?

Proubbly have to carefully pop off the paneling under the Air Control. Carefully pop out the vents to access all the screws..
