Two months ago I replaced the batt, in the car and it started to sputter around 50mph.I'm not sure if the batt, had anything to do with it because we thought the computer had reset itself and had to "relearn" but that has'nt happened yet. I know its not the trans because it did this when we bought the car a year ago.It took a couple of months then the car ran fine but when I replaced the batt, it started again. When it did it at first I pulled over and used the throttle at the engine and it seemed like it was starving for air or gas.Now it putts around 50mph but clears up alittle above that.Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks

Perhaps its starving for fuel flow..

That would be fuel filter first and then possibly fuel pump.
Filter an easy fix.. pump.. alot tuffer..

What year car?.. how many miles?
Is it due a new filter and a 02 sensor?

There still are other possibilities. Can you read the codes at a Parts shop for free?

Good Luck
