I have a 1996 LeSabre Custom. The left turn signals have stopped working. The bulbs appear to be fine as they come on when I turn on the park lights. The right side works fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks. Lee

Do all the bulbs light when trying the turn signal?

Hmmm.. Ill look up the circuit.
Here's what I see. Its a pretty simple circuit, unless you have a lamp monitor panel that indicates bad bulbs..most don't. On a Park Avenue this "Adaptive Lamp Monitor" is just above the rear view mirror between the sun visors.
Checking with the parking lights does not check the turn signals.

Normally just one bulb out will kill the blinking switch part.. It works when the load of the lights heats up the device. When its not loaded and not enough lights are working,it stops.

A quick check would be to turn on the hazard lights. It uses a differnet flasher/switching device but will flash only and all your turning lights at the same time.

Looking at the diagram I see the blinker/turn device works when either signal position is used by it, so if its good for one side and works, its good for both.
So, its not the flasher device! (clicker I call it)

Have a go at it and give me a shout.

Good Luck
