Default car vibrations

Hello New here,
I have these items replaced.
1. New tires all 4
2. New wheel hub

There is a vibration around 65 to 75 mph and seems to disapear when I stomp on the gas. I let off its back again and even under a slight acceleration. So what could it be? I would assume that when new tires are put on its been balanced and aligned.

Thanks,
Jas
