98 LaSabre headlight assembly

The plastic fronts of my headlights are pretty translucent as opposed to being transparant. This has happened over the years - right side worse than left. I need to know how to tell if I have cornering lights as that seems to be an option when ordering replacements. How does someone tell if the headlight assembly has the cornering light option?
