Default 97 Lesabre Electric Problem

Im having a problem and thought this be the best place for an answer. I have a problem with the door locks, the interer lights, (except the top push button ones they light up when you press them but they still do not come on when you open door) keyless entry (the alarm still works when you press the buttons on the remote but can not "un"lock) and the buzzer does not sound most the time and when it does it is low and weak and staticy. Is there a device that is causeing this or is it a wire? The car is ussually like this all of the time but once every week or 2 everything works fine then for either a day sometimes 2 its back to not working. It is not caused by driving down the road either. I could get home and it is working then go start the car up in the morning then its not working. Im hoping this is a common issue and all I need to do is go to the junk yard and buy a part. Thanks very much hope I did not confuse anyone.

Usually when we get an intermittent problem it involves a poor connection somewhere,
A good place to start is with all the ground connections. You need to have a method to pin these down. If you start from the battery and check every ground connection you see by loosening it and retightening it. There could also be a poor connection from the point where the circuit originates at the fuse/relay panel on to the items giving you the problem. It really takes some time to check them all so don't be in a rush to get done. The problem your vehicle has is not very common and therefore will take some detective work to find.
