Engine would run for 5 minutes then quit if left to idle. Rpms would hold for awhile then start to fluctuate and surge then die. Did a code check with scan tool and found a P0172 meaning #1 Bank running rich.


I did find that the problem was the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Fuel in the vaccum line. Changed it out with new unit from Dealer $74.00. All is good. Just want to post this for others if they run into this kind of problem!
