1985 LeSabre
#1
I just got my LeSabre less than 2 months ago I have a few things that
need to be fixed but from what it seems nothing to big that would cause
any problems. I have heard from other 307 owners that they have a lot
of torque enough to rip the tires from the concrete but my LeSabre
seems to put along in first gear than when it hits 2nd it takes off. It
takes about 5 seconds to get up to about 30 mph than about another 2
seconds to get to 55. The valve cover gasket needs to be replaced and a
pulley needs to be tightened up. Maybe a few vacuum hoses here and
there but other than that it runs great. Any help would be much
appreciated. Again its an 85 Buick LeSabre with a gas powered 307 carbed with 135k miles.
Thanks for any and all help
