I just purchased a Premiere and noticed that when I connect an iPhone to the USB port, I get intermittent static. This problem has been reported in 2011 models (PIC5274A) and when I tried to get the issue resolved through a local dealer, they claimed that this was normal for a 2012 Buick LaCrosse to have intermittent static on USB and refused to fix it even after citing the TSB. Their reply was that this only applied to 2011. Their logic escapes me how something could be an issue in 2011 but the exact same issue/symptom is now considered normal in 2012. I am trying another dealer but wonder if anyone could help...
