Just bought a 2010 CXS and the navigation/radio keeps resetting when the engine is turned off. Plus, the time keeps resetting to 5 hours ahead upon shutdown. Is there a fix for this other than replacing the whole system?

 

Check the dealership...don't let them replace the radio, its a software upgrade...fixed mine. Same year, make, model, options.

 

I, too, have a 2010 CXS. My infotainment system was behaving very similar to yours (always resetting to a time 3 hours off from my local time whenever I shut the vehicle off), as well as resetting the radio to the first station preset.

My dealer performed the necessary software updates three (3) separate times to no avail. They eventually replaced the entire system with a new one and then performed the software updates (successfully) on the new system. No further problems in the past 9 months since the repair.
