I have a 92 Park Ave., just purchased used from dealer. I noticed twice today, when I was moving very slowly in traffic, probably < 15 mph, as I applied the brakes, the engine speed increased and the car tried to pull against the brakes, such that I had to apply the brakes harder. Looking for possible causes.

prob one of the sensors, tps, iac or maf id suspect.

try to take the iac off to clean it up.
