Power steering inoperable.

My daughter sheered the shaft on her power steering pump. I replaced the pump. Flushed and Bled the system. I still have no power assist in my steering at all. Ideas??

Have you considered opening slightly the pressure side in progressive locations to see if there is a complete blockage in the system?
