Id this buick v6

I just bought a nissan truck that has had this buick engine swapped in and I am trying to figure out which v6 it is, and what the donor car was. Any suggestions? Thanks, Cody

Looks like older 3.8l. Pretty sure that is what it says in the last pic there. Could be out of an old jeep or something, who knows.
