Hi all, more bad luck. Was smelling faint anti-freeze ordor from inside vents. could not find anything but then on Thursday the passengerfloor board filled with water. Does anyone have any tips on replacing the heater core. The service book (Haynes) tells to disarm the airbag then remove dash as required to access the core. Not a lot of help there. Have already got a new core - 46.00 at Advance Auto. New hoses were 13.00 and 10.00.

Thanks,

Mark

Take my advice it is a big project and if you aren''t a car tech then get it done by someone else. I tried to do it myself and got the dash all off and encountered a huge problem, best bet is to have it done professionally.

I agree, when you get into a newer dash with airbags, you could have a BIG problem if you''re not careful. Get a pro to do it.
