Hi everyone. I new here and wondering if I could get some suggestions of what could be wrong with my car.


I have a 2001 Regal LS and it is cutting out and dying however it doesn''t do this in neutral. I have replace the spark plugs and wire, fuel filter, and air filter. Some one suggested the oxygen sensor???


Any help, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appericated.

 

your 02 sensor wouldn''t shut the engine off. it would just get poor mpg.


do you the engine light on?

 

Yes engine light on. Changed fuel pump yesterday but my car is still doing the same.

 

get that engine code BEFORE you replace anything else.
