[img]smileys/smiley14.gif[/img]Well victory is mine!! The cold air intake was "Part" of the problem!


The other was engine heat! I just passed CARB certification for the headers. I was driving the Fiero with the Auto X-ray hook up and monitoring Intake temp, it was cool out and at first it stayed 85-90' then it climbed to 130'!! I checked the rubber on the intake and it was HOT! So I wrapped that and built a heat shield around the crossover pipe (it was already wrapped) which runs under the intake. I then ran the car and the intake temp ran at 90' steady! The test went well NOX was down to .175 per mile!! the rest of the test it ran perfectly!!! I'm happy, The key here is the Heat on any swap! Thanks for the help I hope I've added to the knowledge out there.
