Picked this car up cheap. Car cranks over but will not start. I have found that there is no power to the ICM. Anyone have access to a wire schematic? I need to figure out where power comes from for the ICM. My gut is pointing to the PCM. I have not found any bad fuses. I did run a 12v jumper to the ICM and was able to start the car but it ran like crap and was in low power mode. Would like a pin out diagram of the PCM to help dignose this.

Any advice?
