Instrument panel lights flash, speedo & tack wave back & forth for about 30-60 seconds. No loss of power or speed. Anyone?!?!?

It's certainly a bad electrical contact. You certainly have a big
connector behind the instrument panel that is misconnected. Check
your fuse to be sure that they are all tight in their socket.
