Default 1956 buick
accelerator pedal swings to the right when I press down thereby not giving me full throttle. is there a bushing in the far wall to hold the shaft straight?

check the rear of the pedal, some had a place to support a small ball at end of rod that pushed into place, it may be broke at pedal.
