03 lesabre buttons dont flow

Hi all, the right side steering wheel control buttons (for the radio volume and mute) dont illuminate. Is this normal or is the button pod shot? The title should read, glow, not flow. Thanks.

Not sure on this one at all...... I’d check dash light dimming feature or perhaps integrated with headlights function. Those would be LED or fiber optic luminance, should last forever somewhat in MHO.

If the buttons on the left side are OK, then you might try checking the connections to the buttons on the pass side. If the power and ground are available there you may need to replace the pad.
