You may have seen the ad for Pulstar spark plugs in magazines like Popular Mechanics or Hot Rod. They claim the new technology in their plugs equals gains of 11 horsepower or more simply by popping in these plugs. But at 25 bucks each they are pretty steep, and I couldn''t find any third-party testing done on the net. So we tested the plugs in a Chevy 350 on an engine dyno and video''ed everything.
