We have a 2014 Encave and I can't get an iPhone to pair with the bluetooth radio. It goes thru the steps but doesn't connect.]

Any suggestions?

Same thing happened to mine in August 2023 or 2024. OnStar said our 2G Internet is old and can't connect anymore. I asked how to upgrade the box. BTW, it's in the engine compartment. They said, "ma'am is doesn't work that way." Lol
