Angry turn signal/hazard electrical circuit

I have a 03 century. I replaced the relay, flasher, and bulbs and checked fuses. what i find is interesting is there are no fuses marked turn signals which is common. please advise.

Do you have the owner's manual?
It should answer that question in the "fuses" section.

This is the diagram of the fuse panel on the passenger side. The fuse for the turn signals/park lamps is in the last row, 4th column from the left.

Default obd 1 diagram for 94 lesabre

is there a diagram for OBD 1 94 Lesabre where to place paperclip to produce error code. I had a tech find out 1 time. It was the upper RH port with another plug, but I cant remember which hole the other part of the paper clip goes to. Thanks if you have ideas.
