NEED CAR SOLD TOMORROW AND TROUBLE!!!!

its a 2000 century, trying to sell it for a friend that recently left overseas. BAD NEWS! we need it sold by tonight! we had a buyer lined up and we went to start it up and the steering column locked up completely. the ignition is LOCKED also. its not that small turn the wheel and start the car up lock we tried that but the car literally WONT budge. Im not a buick guy soo....any help is appreciated.=/
