Default Code p0446

I took my car to auto zone to check the code for my abs light. It said p0446 EVAP Canister Purge Vent Blocked. I cannot find any useful info online. Will i need to replace the purge vent? Or is it possible there is an issue elsewhere in the emission system. Also would that code have any effect on my abs lights? I recently replaced a hub assembly because the wire was ripped out from the old one. Any thoughts would be awesome thanks.

We are dealing with 2 separate issues.

Since you corrected the ABS problem you need to inform the computer .
You do that by removing the negative battery cable from the battery, hold the cable terminal against the positive cable end for a few minutes to discharge the capacitors, then reconnect the cable back on the battery, It will most likely clear all codes , depending on the vehicle year, then see if the Evap code comes back.
Most of the time you can check and clean the vent valve filter , last resort replace the valve.

Hanky is spot on for cap. discharge. Remember vividly the Klystron tubes on first generation microwaves and the high voltage anodes on TV picture tubes. OMG like hitting into a brick wall running at 15 MPH lol.

Sounds like you have been "bitten" by a few high voltage caps playing around pix tubes, know the feeling !!
