I have a 93 Buick Century they after sitting for 2 weeks won’t start. Cranks over fine with normal speed. I probed the back of the crank position sensor for ac voltage. All wires are giving changing ac voltage. Checked wires at ignition control module for same ac voltage. 2 of the 4 wires were giveing the same voltage the other 2 didn’t drop the voltage, just stayed the same while cranking. Next it said to remove a coil and with the ign to run check for voltage at the + terminal of the coil. One side is giving the 12v and according to this book the module is supossed to be pulsing the ground side?..I got the 12v where the coil plugs in but I could not get the ground to pulse? I checked the ground with one lead from the dvom at the neg terminal and the other lead at the neg battery terminal. Did I check the icm correctly? I think its faulty for not pulsing the neg side of the coil?. Ps I have 12v on the pink wire going to the icm from the ign circuit and no coils are open. has the 3.3 v6..thanks in advance
