Default 2003 Century, No crank

This forums seems to be dead but I will post anyway. All of a sudden yesterday morning my Century would not crank. All light come on & go off while turning to start but no crank. The security light is not on. Had battery & alternator checked, all OK. It has done it 3 more time since then. No amount of wiggling or gear selector position will make it start. Eventually it just does. Cable & grounds seem fine. Not really sure where to start. Ignition switch, neutral safety switch? I need a step by step diagnostic flow. I do know how to use a VOM. Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly an intermittent key switch problem (think those are key not push button start). Check connections on starter, may be bad starter relay contacts. A lot of current travels through those on each startup. Can be jumpered with cable or even screwdriver to test. Don't ground out on negative or car frame.

Roger that on nobody around, wonder how the forums stay even active sometimes.
