Hello Everyone: I am specifically looking for the tach output of the ignition module to make a remote starter work reliably. I have found an '88 pinout but not sure if it is the same as the '87 2.5L duke ignition module. Any help would be appreciated.</font>

Ok, has me stumped too, lol. '88 Fiero diagram shows Pin A as the tach output of the ign module but lists no color. Actual color of Pin A on my ign module is black/white stripe. '88 Fiero C500 block wiring diagram shows connector C3 as tach input and a white wire. Hmmmmm, got to keep looking I guess. Sure was hoping Pontiac and Buick were using the same harness, but maybe not.

Try the white wire... Spark timing out.. (and divide by 4)..

Purple white is the Distributor reference pulse
Tan black.. ignition mod bypass...

My schematic says ...

Good Luck
