Default New carb

Just put a new Holley 650 on my 1956 Buick special. My question is about the line that came off of the choke to the transmission. I am assuming it is a vacuum but wanted to make sure. I have scoured the google trying to find some info but have failed very successfully. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

Yes, recall the vac lines as such on my Holley’s and Carter’s. Buick had Rochesters? Carb may have vac fittings for choke pull off and PCV, not used in ‘56 of coarse. Almost too sounds like vacuum actuation to open 2ndaries if connected with tranny?
