Hey I'm trying to fix up a friend's 2000 Buick Regal, and I'm having a hard time getting a fastener for the rear fender that's underneath that chrome bumper trip. I'm thinking that it might be a push in fastener, or maybe it's a carriage bolt but either way I don't see anyway to get to the rear of the panel. Here's some pictures of it, if somebody can post a picture of what I need to look for or maybe a parts diagram that would be great, thanks in advance.
